About Sylvia
Sylvia received her B.Sc. degree with a double major in Biology & Environmental Science from Trent University before graduating from the 3 year professional training program at the Toronto School of Homeopathic Medicine. Training included and intense 2 year Clinical Intern and Externship comonent, Anatomy & Physiology, Pathology, Nutrition, Materia Medica, Principles, Pharmacopaeia, and more.
A mother of two spirited children with an inherent connection to nature she holds a dear interest in pregnancy, childbirth, infant & childrens care in her general practise. Sylvia strives to facilitate healing for her patience using homeopathic medicine while encouraging informed choices in health care and taking responsibility for their health through life choices.
Sylvia’s endeavours to become a homeopath began after the home birth of her son. This dynamic experience led her to look further into options of health and wellness care. Soon after her personal experience with professional constitutional homeopathic care she realized its value far beyond the acute applications she had recognized (such as teething & colds). Thrilled to find a modality that sincerely rang true to her beliefs; holistic, gentle, save and effective energy medicine. Now, after the home birth of her daughter she is thrilled to be practicing and helping others in their health and wellness journey with homeopathy
